At Rivers Primary Academy, we are committed to providing an inclusive, high-quality education that enables every child to thrive academically and personally.

We believe that all children; including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) -have the right to a broad, balanced and accessible curriculum. We value every pupil’s unique strengths and needs, and we work proactively to ensure full participation in all aspects of school life.

Our inclusive approach is guided by the principle of ‘Essential for Some, Useful for All.’ The strategies and support we put in place for individual pupils are designed to benefit all learners, creating an environment where every child can participate fully, engage confidently, and achieve their potential.

We identify barriers to learning early, provide targeted support, and regularly review progress so that all pupils can achieve meaningful outcomes.
