At Rivers Primary Academy, we are committed to identifying and supporting children who may benefit from additional help to achieve their full potential. If a parent, carer, or teacher raises a concern, we carefully monitor the child’s progress and wellbeing to ensure their needs are met promptly.

• Collaboration with families and external professionals to plan personalised support

For children who have already been identified with a special educational need before joining our school, we work closely with the adults and professionals who know them to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of support.
